Our team – Trame-Verte

Gynnie has been a forest engineer since 1997, is an ISA certified arborist® and holds QTRA certification in tree risk assessment. She holds a master’s degree in plant biology from UQAM and has over 20 years of experience. Her diverse background includes the recent revision of the standards set by the Bureau de normalisation du Québec for the field.

Carole is a retired agronomist who specialized in horticulture and arboriculture since 1981 and is QTRA-certified in tree risk assessment. She has over 30 years of expertise and has received several honors, including the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture Award (2009) and the Henri-Gustave-Joly-de-Lotbinière Award (2020) for her contributions to the profession.

Louis-Philippe has been a forest engineer since 2012. He is an ISA certified urban forest specialist® and an Board certified Master Arborist® (BCMA™), as well as a TRAQ qualified professional and a VALID-certified tree risk assessor. He joined the Trame-Verte team in 2015 and specializes in geomatics, green infrastructure, and engineering support.

Guillaume has been a forest engineer since 2006, is an Board certified Master Arborist® (BCMA™), and is TRAQ qualified in tree risk assessment. He holds a master’s degree in forest ecology and a doctorate in environmental studies from UQAM and joined the Trame-Verte team in 2016. He specializes in woodland management and conservation issues.

Olivier has been a forest engineer and an ISA certified arborist® since 2023. He has also been a land-use and urban planning technologist since 2014. He joined the Trame-Verte team in 2022 and specializes in municipal management.

Felipe has been a forest technician (forest engineer in Colombia) since 2010 and worked in urban forestry in Colombia for nine years. He joined the Trame-Verte team in 2023 and specializes in tree inventory and field surveys. He is an ISA certified arborist® since 2026.

Myriam has been a horticultural technologist since 2024. She joined the Trame-Verte team in 2024 and specializes in tree inventories and general environmental consulting.

Caroline has been an administrative assistant since 2008 and has over 20 years of diverse experience in administrative support. She joined the Trame-Verte team in 2024 and handles most of the company’s administrative tasks.
